Q: Do you have a different size or length?
A: Yes. Other sizes and lengths are workable as well.
Q: I prefer special style or design, are you able to supply?
A: It’s a good point, please inform us the detail, maybe we could help.
Q: I’d like you to produce and packed it with our own logo, is it workable?
A: Yes, it is.
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: Yes. For most countries, we can.
Q: What’s your lead time?
A: 20-25 days, as per your specific order.
Q: Could you send me one piece of sample?
A: Not all requests could get a sample. If Wongs takes you as a suitable distributor, you may get. Generally, you’d have to pay the cost and freight charge.
Q: Why couldn’t I find the contact phone numbers in your site? It’ll be convenient for me to contact.
